Refunds and Returns Policy
At Melt Productions, we strive to provide high quality services and customer satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our procedures for handling returns and refunds.
1. Service Satisfaction
While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer reasonable revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we do not provide refunds once work has commenced or been delivered. However, we are committed to working with you to revise and improve your project within the original project scope, as long as you contact us within the revision window of 7 days.
3. Custom Services
All services are bespoke and tailored specifically for each client. Once the design process has begun, the service becomes non-refundable. If a service has not yet started and no time or resources have been committed, we may consider a credit toward future services at our discretion.
4. Revision Requests
Revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes requested outside of the initial brief may incur additional charges. All revision requests must be submitted in writing to info@meltproductions.au within 7 days of final delivery.
